What is BodiesByBuizza?

BodiesByBuizza is a personal training and exercise rehabilitation service/business started by myself, Seb Buizza. I provide 1 to 1 PT sessions and coaching either in person at my private home gym studio, or via online coaching.

What is my coaching experience and expertise?

With sports and exercise being a passion and major part throughout my life, I had huge interest in learning to coach within the fitness sector. 

I first became qualified with YMCA in Level 2 Fitness Instructing (Gym-based Exercise) and a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. These certifications have held great importance in developing the fundamentals of my coaching knowledge and practice, in addition to allowing me to become a Registered Personal Trainer Practitioner with CIMSPA

From here, I looked to expand my niche and what services I could offer clients, and became Level 1 Certified in Nutrition and Coaching with Precision Nutrition (PN), as well as Level 1 Certified in Functional Movement Screen and Y-Balance Testing with FMS. To this day, these certifications play a vital role in my coaching services by being able to cover a wider base of health and fitness components – and helping to deliver better results.

Through studying and working with various profiles of clients, my interest peaked towards towards rehabilitation and how exercise can be massively influential in helping individuals with a pre-existing condition and/or injury improve the quality of their day to day life. As a result, I obtained a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral with YMCA, allowing me to better understand and then coach clients referred with medical conditions/injuries.

What does BodiesByBuizza cover?

 My main focus through BodiesByBuizza is to be able to coach and support clients of any experience and fitness level, and offer them the best coaching service I possibly can. 

In the 2+ years of coaching experience so far, I have worked with many different profiles of clients, each with their own goals and milestones in mind. This has helped greatly in developing knowledge and understanding of what each individual wants, and how best to tailor their sessions and coaching to them.
