Based in Desborough, Northamptonshire, BodiesByBuizza is a personal training and exercise rehabilitation service started by myself, Seb Buizza. I provide 1 to 1 PT coaching sessions either in person, or via online coaching.

What is my coaching expertise?
In 2+ years of experience, primarily built around 1 to 1 coaching, I have continuously focused on developing my knowledge and understanding within the fitness sector.
By doing this, I have been able to expand my niche and cover a wider base of health and fitness components – helping to deliver better results for clients.

- YMCA Level 2 Fitness Instructing (Gym-based Exercise)
- YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training
- Level 1 Certified in Nutrition and Coaching with Precision Nutrition (PN)

- Level 1 Certified in Functional Movement Screening and Y-Balance Testing with FMS
- YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral
- Registered Personal Training Practitioner with CIMSPA
Does gym experience or fitness level matter to start your journey?
Fitness enthusiast? Great. Little to no past gym experiences? Not a problem. Regardless of where you’re at and what you may or may not have done, it’s of great importance for you to feel both comfortable and confident in your training.
I structure and design your training experience to focus on what works best for you. Whether that’s more detailed strength work, or higher intensity circuit-style sessions, everything planned is unique to your goals and providing the necessary tools for you to be able to reach them!
How is training structured?
Every client is different. They’ll have varying lifestyles, schedules, training requirements, goals etc. Their training at BodiesByBuizza is designed to fit around this, and still provide the desired results and experiences from their programme.
Structured as 6-week training blocks, your training is programmed specifically to fit your needs and requirements. Your plan is solely yours.
Before any training can be drawn up and implemented, each and every potential client starts with a consultation to get a full scope of their starting point. Within this; lifestyle, goals, health history, exercise likes/dislikes, training preferences, habits, nutrition, current fitness capabilities and movement screening are all covered to ensure their training experience meets every standard.
From here, the programme can begin. As mentioned above, training is shaped into 6-week blocks, each geared towards a client’s overall target.
Clients train 1-3 times per week (solely dependent on their programme and preferences), with sessions designed to maximise improvements and results within the constraints of a client’s lifestyle and schedule. Primarily in a 1 to 1 format, training sessions are tailored to the client. Every exercise and activity is purposeful. Clients will always have a clear idea of what is being asked of them, why they’re doing it and how it benefits them and their progress.
Upon the conclusion of the 6-week training block, a progress check-in takes place to help determine results and formulate a plan of action moving forwards. Training performance is evaluated. Progress and results are documented. Feedback is discussed and any questions are answered. The client and their experience training is always the priority.
